Trent reports that he spent 3 days last week in El Dorado (rhymes with tornado) Arkansas. It is about 1 hour north of Ruston. His district leader is there and they had "exchanges". His district is comprised of 6 missionaries; the 2 in El Dorado, 2 sisters in Ruston and Trent and his companion. Ruston is split in half with the sisters taking the west side of state road 167 and Trent and companion on the east side. The colleges are both on the west side. He wishes they had the colleges. He was able to eat dinner at the home of the Louisiana Tech assistant basketball coach, Coach Condie. He went to school with Coach Barnes from Olympus. He also is friends with the Severinsen Family from our ward. Trent said they were nice. It was also nice to have a home cooked meal.
Trent reports he is doing well. Although he is having a few "Jazz Cravings". His last letter ended with "the jazz rock!"

hey julie, it's cousin nancy. nice job on the blog...nat got me started but mine hardly ever gets updated as it tends to be priority #857 each week! hard to believe you have a 19 year old (though I'm reminded of Billy's age everyday when he asks to drive)! maybe Trent will be sent to uncle jess's old stomping grounds! tell Trent that my boys were struggling when dad's cousin came out with uncle sam to hunt and stayed here a few days so they can really understand the language issue!
