This week we finally got some information on the new companion. His name is Elder Schlink. He is from Mesa, AZ. Trent said, "we are trying to tear it up, but it's tough sometimes. He is pretty fun to be with."
John, their investigator is getting scared. They weren't able to teach him at all in the last week. But they are still hopeful. They have the potential to start teaching some part member families soon. Also, Trent reported that zone conference was really good.
Trent was able to go to a baseball game on p-day. He sounded excited. It was for Centenary College in Shreveport.
Trent sent this picture of a sweet ride.

How can you not have a good time with an Elder named Schlink? That is one sweet ride. I imagine when TK gets home he'll be upgrading from the jeep to maybe an El Camino with some sweet rims.
Schweet 24's Elder! Some day when you have a few children and a minivan you can stay hip by simply installing some 24" spinners. Hope you are well, learning and teaching like mad! We love you.
I can't think of a more appropriate missionary car for Mississippi. I am sure it has CTR and "Families are Forever" bumper stickers.
